I offer mindfulness sessions for individuals based upon Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
This can be helpful for people who prefer not to attend a group and require input specifically tailored to their needs.

I also run mindfulness courses and workshops through Hampshire Libraries 'Learning in Libraries' initiative. The next 5-week 'Mindfulness for Wellbeing' course starts on Friday 25th January, at Chandler's Ford library. Sessions are between 2pm and 4pm.
