I offer mindfulness sessions for individuals based upon Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
This can be helpful for people who prefer not to attend a group and require input specifically tailored to their needs.

I also run 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses, in a group format.
My next course will be at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, near Romsey. This is a beautiful location where we can learn to find stillness within the glorious surroundings, as the seasons change. Sessions are 10am to 12.30pm every Friday between 12th October and 7th December. The course also includes an all day 'retreat' on Friday 9th November 10am to 4pm.
